Growing Conditions

Garzón’s terroir is made up of ballast, a fantastic soil of fine stone. It has an excellent drainage and plenty of minerals that vines can absorb; they lend minerality, vibrancy, complexity and elegance to the wine.

Nose

Fruity aromas reminding of peach; balanced with citric notes.

Palate

It is fresh and mineral with a marked acidity and a long and rounded aftertaste in mouth.

Appearance

It is of a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections.

Food Pairing

Due to its characteristics, it is an ideal wine to accompany cod with cockles, a prawn citric salad or grilled shellfish with tempered mango and endive salad. Moreover, it is excellent when combined with Asian food, Peruvian ceviche or a fresh tuna salad and new potatoes with sauce.


Aging

3 to 6 months on the lees in French oak barrels and casks

Harvest

It was harvested in its right ripening point, which allowed us to keep its characteristic elegance and freshness.

Bottled July 2016.
