Growing Conditions

The precise northwards orientation boosts the sun exposure and the light catchment that guarantee acquiring the necessary phenological ripeness for the Petit Verdot, which also favour its maximum varietal expression.

Nose

Intense violet-red colour.

Food Pairing

This Petit Verdot perfectly pairs with grilled poultry as well as with traditional game meat: hare civet or a delicate rabbit confit with herbs. Bouillabaisse soup or tuna with tomato provide an interesting contrast highlighting its originality.

Aging

12 to 18 months on the lees in French oak
barrels and casks.
