It is a pleasant red wine that goes very well with roasted meat with Provençal-style vegetables or pork casseroles with chorizo, beans and potatoes. It stands out with strong cheeses of intense aromas.


Fermentation:150 HL Cement Tanks, 6 to 12 months on the lees in French oak barrels and casks.
